Through this section you can access the Whistleblower Channel. It is a priority for the Air Nostrum group to guarantee the confidentiality of the information received as well as accessibility, impartiality and the prohibition of retaliation, among other fundamental principles that support the organization’s culture of compliance.
Once you access the Whistleblower Channel, through a drop-down menu you can provide information in relation to any of the following companies:

In addition to this link to the Whistleblower Channel, an explanatory video is provided below on how it works, its guiding principles and other interesting issues. Along with the video, you can also read the Policy (in Spanish only) on the Internal Information System available in order to better understand the use and knowledge of the ETHICS AND WHISTLEBLOWER CHANNEL tool.
Without prejudice to the preferred nature of the Internal Information Channel, reporting persons may submit reports through the external channels made available by the competent authorities. In particular, they may contact the Independent Whistleblower Protection Authority (AIPI) or, where applicable, the equivalent regional bodies vested with such competence, in accordance with the applicable regulations. The use of these external channels does not limit or affect the right of reporting persons to choose any of the legally established means for reporting facts or conduct that may be irregular.
